Shape and define Rain’s motion language.
Partner closely across teams to ensure design shows up with intention and coherence across every touchpoint.
Lead and execute high quality motion across a wide range of touchpoints.
Support Rain’s brand system across touchpoints: creating collateral, swag, and campaign assets while ensuring consistency and quality.

4+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a fintech or creative agency
Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma; experience with Lottie or similar tools is a strong plus
Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout as they apply to motion
Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts (payments infrastructure, stablecoins, APIs) into clear, engaging visuals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communicator with the ability to advocate for design in cross-functional settings
Strong understanding of where AI accelerates great work and where taste, craft, and judgment have to lead
