Provide transactional, regulatory, and other legal support for the daily operations of Experian North America's Fraud, Innovation, and Commercialization business unit
Advise in risk assessment and regulatory reviews for new products, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Provide advice on compliance with multiple laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws
Support the Experian Software Solutions business unit, with the opportunity to support other businesses
Requirements
7-11 years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house setting
JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions required
Experience handling matters for financial services, privacy, or other regulated industries (Knowledge of FCRA and GLBA regulations preferred)
Experience disseminating legal information to non-legal professionals in a clear way
History of taking complex business issues and developing practical strategies from a legal perspective
