About this role
Role Overview
Contribute to the end-to-end Second Life process: product intake, grading, pricing, and listing.
Structure and document SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
Coordinate with warehouse teams and monitor daily operations to maintain a smooth experience for sellers and customers.
Identify, engage, and onboard sellers with eligible returned or refurbished products onto the Second Life offering.
Manage existing seller accounts to ensure their satisfaction and long-term development.
Conduct calls and negotiations with partners to develop prospecting and negotiation skills.
Track and report weekly KPIs for the Second Life activity (GMV, SKU count, sell-through rate, etc.).
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Use Google Sheets, Excel, Qlik, and Zoho CRM to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program (equivalent to final-year Bachelor's to Master's level) in Business or Engineering.
Prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in e-commerce, operations, business development, or sales is a plus.
Organized, autonomous, and accountable.
Comfortable with data; proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Business-oriented, customer-obsessed, and a strong team player.
A genuine interest in sustainability and the circular economy is a plus.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
