You implement a comprehensive tracking and reporting system in HubSpot and coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Responsible for data-driven allocation of the marketing budget across performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, events, etc.) to maximize ROI
Continuous analysis and optimization of individual marketing channel performance; identification of scaling opportunities and optimization levers.
You work with state-of-the-art solutions in the RevOps space and implement AI solutions or add-on components where necessary.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards with key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, conversion rates, etc.) together with the CSO and data scientists.
You report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company, with at least 3 years at a senior level
Proven success in optimizing lead generation campaigns and budget allocation across digital channels
Strong analytical skills and solid experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
Expertise in HubSpot or comparable systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) and experience with system setup and optimization
Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
