About this role
Role Overview
Embody a research-first, personalized approach to prospecting and selling
Identify, research, and engage decision-makers via cold calls, personalized emails, social engagement, and other outreach channels
Convey Super.AI’s value proposition clearly and effectively to address each prospect’s needs
Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with Account Executives
Collaborate with the extended GTM team to execute targeted account-based campaigns
Experience with prospecting tools such as sequencing applications, B2B data providers, parallel dialers, and other sales automation tools
Share best practices and learn from peers to continuously improve results
Participate in weekly one-on-ones and skill development sessions to accelerate growth
Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent life/work experience
1–3 years in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound role (B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven record of achievement and a strong work ethic
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to connect quickly
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box when engaging prospects
High level of empathy and professionalism
