Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proven architectural responsibility.
Deep understanding of: Modern front-end frameworks, including React
Backend development (e.g. Node.js, Java, or similar)
RESTful APIs and microservices
Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with: CI/CD pipelines
Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
Version control systems (Git)
Strong knowledge of: Design patterns
Secure coding practices
Performance optimisation
Scalability strategies
Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
Strong people management skills.
Comfortable giving constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
