Are you looking for a meaningful role alongside your studies, want to pass on your marketing expertise and help others find their footing in the digital working world?
As a Teaching Assistant (m/f/d) you are the primary point of contact for our participants — motivating, supportive and solution-oriented.
You work closely with our instructors and guide students through their learning process: not as a traditional teacher, but as a coach, facilitator and sparring partner on equal terms.
You help people change their lives.
Learning support that makes an impact: you assist our participants with hands-on online marketing projects and act as the first point of contact for questions — empathetic, solution-focused and patient.
Motivator & structure provider: you help overcome learning barriers, build participants’ confidence and provide orientation in their daily learning routine.
Promoting understanding instead of lecturing: you explain complex topics simply, support transfer tasks and encourage practical application — e.g., when using tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics or Canva.
Teamwork with instructors: you provide feedback from the learning reality and help ensure our programs continuously improve.
Shaping processes: you actively contribute in weekly team calls and help further develop the quality of our programs.
