Making processes scalable and analyzing existing workflows.

Use of modern automation tools (e.g., Make or comparable solutions).

Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Initial relevant experience in Business Development, Product Management, Operations, or a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital processes and system architectures.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools (e.g., Make) is a plus.
High affinity for AI tools and new technologies.
Analytical, structured way of working.
