Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between the Fircosoft SAS platform and internal systems
Configure and customize Fircosoft components to meet specific business and compliance rules
Develop and optimize custom utilities, scripts, and interfaces to extend platform functionality
Implement and fine-tune fuzzy matching algorithms, watchlist filters, and screening rules
Manage the integration and normalization of various watchlist feeds
Provide Tier 3 technical support for the Fircosoft SAS environment
Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to manage patches and upgrades
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

5+ years of hands-on development and configuration experience with Fircosoft products in a SAS environment
Proven experience in integrating Firco Continuity with payment message formats and banking applications
Java and/or J2EE for custom development and extensions
SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server)
Unix/Linux shell scripting
Web Services (SOAP/REST) and XML/JSON
In-depth understanding of financial crime compliance concepts: Sanctions Screening, PEPs, AML, and KYC
Highly Desirable: Experience working within a large global financial institution.
Familiarity with the LexisNexis Risk Solutions ecosystem
