Role Overview
- support the ongoing delivery of Application Managed Services (AMS) for Workday Grants Management clients
- provide hands-on support and optimization of Workday Grants configuration
- partner with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and support enhancements
- ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality Workday Grants solutions in a post-production environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in roles directly implementing or supporting Workday Grants Management
- Demonstrated experience serving as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Grants
- 3–5 years of experience analyzing business requirements, producing functional specifications, supporting testing activities
- Strong ability to translate research administration and sponsor requirements into scalable, compliant Workday Grants solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent relevant work experience
- Holds an active Workday Certification, with Workday Financials or Workday Grants certification strongly preferred
