You will manage strategically important existing customers, further develop partnerships and generate new business opportunities through targeted initiatives — both nationally and internationally.
You capture complex technical requirements and advise customers competently, working closely with R&D, Purchasing and Production.
You prepare and are responsible for proposals, conduct contract negotiations and support the customer process through to successful order placement.
You monitor relevant market and technology trends, analyze competitor developments and provide valuable input for the further development of products and sales strategies.
You identify growth potential within existing customer structures, recognize new requirements and develop tailored solutions to sustainably strengthen customer relationships.
You manage and coordinate internal processes for your projects in close cooperation with Purchasing, Production and After-Sales.
Requirements
Preferably a completed technical degree, e.g. Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
You possess strong market and competitor analysis skills.
Knowledge in drive technology, drive systems, motors or axle systems.
Experience in selling complex components and systems.
Strong communication and networking skills — you proactively build and expand relationships.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel.
