You will build and operate our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and simultaneously manage the day-to-day business around product changes and master data within the Portfolio Products team
You ensure that product variants are implemented quickly, accurately and market-ready, that our data quality remains first-rate and that processes are continuously streamlined

Building Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and its implementation: You design an end-to-end PLM framework (lifecycle phases, decision gates, roles & governance) and take it from concept to operational application
Operational day-to-day — Portfolio Products & product changes: You manage and coordinate the handling of product changes and work closely with stakeholders such as Regulatory, Procurement, Supply and Brand to ensure changes are rolled out to market smoothly
Reliable maintenance and collection of product data at high quality: You are responsible for the complete, consistent and version-controlled maintenance of all product data in our systems (e.g., PIM/ERP), check data for completeness and accuracy and ensure lasting data quality
Continuous optimization of product processes: You identify bottlenecks and optimization potential, develop pragmatic solutions and standardizations, and drive automations
Support in the further development of the product portfolio: You implement portfolio extensions such as bundles, sets, samples or variants (no new products or new formulations), coordinate implementation in systems and sales channels and ensure correct rollout
Requirements
Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar)
At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, category management or related areas
Solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and strong competence in analyzing numbers, data and facts to derive reliable decisions
Experience in master data maintenance / product data administration or comparable administrative roles
Conscientious, detail-oriented and structured way of working, including for administrative/operational tasks
Strong team and communication skills as well as an independent, decision-oriented working style
Very good German skills & good English skills are an advantage
Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PIM/ERP, Power BI or Monday is a plus
Experience in dietary supplements, food or sports nutrition is a plus
