Requirements
Extensive experience building and driving data products that deliver value beyond the metrics.
Proven track record of developing customer feedback loops, and managing customer relationships and feedback.
Strong familiarity of technical systems like software engineering best practices to help build rapport with engineers.
Familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment) and data integration platforms like Snowflake and Databricks are a plus.
An eye for UI design and user experience design to help advocate for users.
An interest in mentorship or leadership and helping elevate others on the team.
