Contribute to agency life. Support cross-agency collaboration, mentor more junior colleagues, and contribute positively to team culture.
Manage up and down. Escalate issues appropriately, act as a reliable point of contact for production and delivery, and provide day-to-day leadership so senior team members can rely on you with confidence.
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial communications role or similar environment
A degree in Politics, History, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
A practical understanding of business operations and agency processes, with experience working with production
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
A strong interest in geopolitics and global affairs
The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Willingness to travel internationally and work independently
Bonus points if you have Spanish language skills (working knowledge or fluency)
