About this role

Create, edit, and publish visually compelling photos and videos that give insight into training, our classes, and the gym.
Develop content strategies to increase reach and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Actively engage with our online community through comments, messages, and targeted interactions.
Regularly analyze and report on social media performance to measure and optimize content success.
Collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and trends from the martial arts world for our social channels.

Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within the fitness or sports industry.
Proficient with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
Creativity and a strong sense for current social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
Self-motivation, team spirit, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Interest in Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts is a plus.
