Collaborate with external teams (agencies, freelancers) and internal teams (other social media managers, consumer insights, product, creative, etc.) to deliver creativity and excellence across our social channels and formats
Maintain and strengthen our brand voice and image through a consistent online and offline strategy
Use social analytics and internal data to inform strategy and identify opportunities
Stay on top of cultural trends to spark relevant brand conversations
Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize content creation, improve audience targeting, and streamline social media management processes, ensuring we remain innovative and efficient in a fast-evolving digital landscape
Requirements
Social media specialist with a minimum of 2–3 years' experience and a master's degree in marketing or communications
Proven track record of creating shareable, buzz-generating content
Excellent copywriting and content-creation skills; ideally proficient with photo and video editing tools
Deep knowledge of social platforms and digital media, with the ability to craft engaging narratives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Creative, agile, and positive mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Native French speaker and fluent in English
Initial experience using AI tools for content creation and social media management
