Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience preferred, but career changers are welcome
Experience selling complex services or software solutions is an advantage
Interest in New Work, transformation, and HR
Self-starter — you don’t wait for tasks; you take initiative
Creativity and a passion for storytelling to engage customers emotionally
Ability to think strategically and optimize sales processes
A confident, engaging presence at events, in videos, and on social media
