Act as the owner of the product roadmap and ensure the "why" behind every feature is clearly translated into technical requirements.
Masterfully structure engineering proposals, write high-quality technical tickets, and define clear acceptance criteria for developers and data scientists.
Lead daily progress meetings, run scrums, and manage sprints with precision to ensure engineering teams remain focused and bottlenecks are cleared immediately.
Directly oversee the integration of our products, ensuring they are implemented to automate complex tasks and improve manufacturing knowledge retrieval.

A Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field is required.
Proven track record in product delivery and technical implementation.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, LLMs, agentic frameworks, large-scale data systems, etc.
Experience or strong interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, or quality control environments.
Exceptional ability to handle multiple complex initiatives at the same time without compromising on technical quality or deadlines.
Prior experience in a technical consulting or professional services capacity is a plus, particularly in driving projects to completion for external or internal stakeholders.
