About this role
Role Overview
Conduct sales activities related to incoming group inquiries for Drury Hotels’ guest rooms and meeting facilities
Respond to phone, electronic, and internal group leads by following the direction of Drury United: The Sales Difference
Support Drury United and Hotel Operations as it relates to coordinating and servicing group bookings
Focus on inside sales, coordinating guest room and meeting room details, prospecting group leads
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in the hotel industry, with sales and/or meeting planning experience required
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is advantageous
Outstanding customer service skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving role
