Role Overview
- Responsible for providing superior Customer Service and handling varied transactions
- Support rental, sales, and owned business model by entering various order types
- Provide technical expertise to assist patients
- Investigate customer complaints and respond before escalating
- Collaborate with departments to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled
- Participate in special projects as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of experience in Order or Data Management positions
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English and French
- Knowledge on Salesforce, Oracle and SAP systems
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and proactively address issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Availability to attend training Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
