About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for providing superior Customer Service and handling varied transactions
Support rental, sales, and owned business model by entering various order types
Provide technical expertise to assist patients
Investigate customer complaints and respond before escalating
Collaborate with departments to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled
Participate in special projects as required
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of experience in Order or Data Management positions
Proficient in oral and written communication in English and French
Knowledge on Salesforce, Oracle and SAP systems
Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and proactively address issues
Excellent organizational skills
Availability to attend training Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
