Perform complex root cause analysis on large datasets to identify denial patterns and revenue leakage.
Partner with leaders to develop and implement workflow solutions and automated reporting for key business drivers.
Utilize analytical tools such as SQL and Excel to assess the financial impact of various collection efforts.
Break down complex collection problems into digestible components and develop robust solutions.
Identify and facilitate strategic process improvements to move ROPS to 'World Class' standards.
Challenge the status quo to identify transformative changes in how denials and short-pays are handled.
Influence results through clear oral and written communication of complex concepts to senior leadership.
Interface with external vendors and insurance companies to resolve payment disputes and optimization gaps.
Create and maintain project plans, ensuring updates are provided to stakeholders regularly.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business)
2–4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle management
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development
Experience with Python or VBA for data manipulation is highly preferred
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and draw data-driven conclusions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
