Lead the national commercial performance of Medacta Australia’s Hip & Knee portfolio as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving strategy, revenue growth and surgeon engagement while working closely with State Sales Directors, Product Management, Marketing and the MORE Institute to deliver commercial outcomes.
Lead and own the national commercial strategy and revenue growth for the Hip & Knee portfolio.
Develop and deliver business plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives and global product strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, implementing targeted action plans with State Sales Directors.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key orthopaedic surgeons and national KOLs.
Provide leadership and direction to State Sales Directors to drive territory performance, forecast discipline and commercial accountability.
Partner with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to support product launches, surgeon adoption and commercial execution.
Requirements
8+ years’ commercial leadership experience within orthopaedic arthroplasty, ideally across Hip & Knee.
Proven ability to engage credibly with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders and executive leadership.
Demonstrated success building KOL partnerships and driving surgeon education initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and tenders.
Experience operating in matrix environments and leading cross-functional collaboration.
