Role Overview

• Support in recruitment and selection processes;
• Management and organization of employee documentation;
• Support in preparing internal communications;
• General administrative support and meeting coordination;
• Support for financial and compliance processes;
• Handling requests and documentation, ensuring proper validation and processing;
• Updating records and internal systems;
• Ensuring secure and confidential storage of sensitive information;
• Interacting with internal teams to ensure adherence to procedures and internal policies.

Requirements

• Student in HR, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related fields;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills;
• Good level of English;
• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
