Analyze and structure complex business requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions
Create functional and technical specifications for system integrations
Design interfaces and integrate various systems (API/EDI/ETL)
Lead implementation projects, including test management and quality assurance
Advise internal and external teams on process optimization, IT standards, architectural principles, and data flows
Identify and evaluate new technologies (automation, AI, workflow tools)
Establish data-driven decision-making foundations (KPIs, reporting, BI)
Promote knowledge transfer and develop scalable, future-oriented solutions
Support workshops, testing, releases, and operational implementation

Degree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in cross-system analysis and optimization of production-related business processes
Deep knowledge of relevant systems (CRM, ERP, PPS, MES, BI) and ideally experience with automation and AI technologies
Practical experience in requirements management, collaborating with IT teams, and system integration
Analytical and structured thinking, complemented by experience in test and release management
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for innovation, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Enjoy making complex topics understandable and supporting projects through to implementation
