About this role

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the business
Deploy practical AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise platforms
Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows and embed AI into day-to-day operations
Drive adoption through enablement, training, and change management
Develop playbooks and repeatable approaches to scale successful solutions
Establish governance and best practices for effective AI usage
Measure and communicate business impact (e.g., productivity, cycle time, quality improvements)

Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
Strong ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions using a structured, process-oriented approach
Demonstrated success leading change and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership
Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to real business workflows—not just theoretical use
Ability to move quickly from idea to execution, test and iterate, and scale what works
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build alignment and followership
Self-starter mindset with high ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
