Own design for major product initiatives end to end (research to concept to visual design to delivery)
Design for complex systems
multi-user workflows, permissions, integrations
and make them feel simple
Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Own our design system and visual language
Champion user experience across the company, balancing craft with business impact
Collaborate closely with the team to influence roadmap and product vision

5-8 years of experience designing SaaS or workflow products (B2B, data-rich, or enterprise tools a plus)
Hold a high bar for craft and usability, and consistently push for exceptional user experiences
Start-up experience is a must: you must be able to move fast without cutting corners
Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
Have built out a design system and scale it across multiple surfaces
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating clarity, structure and momentum
Curious and excited by how AI can supplement
not replace
human creativity and craft
Bonus: experience with sales tech, CRM or workflow tools or designing AI-powered
