About this role
Role Overview
Develop and drive global account strategy in coordination with scientific and business operations teams
Meet and exceed revenue goals for All Tempus Data and AI apps product lines
Build and maintain executive and R&D relationships & drive CXO strategy leveraging Tempus senior leadership
Negotiate, secure and manage pull-through of contracts with assigned client accounts
Align cross functional team to identify and deliver value at clients
Partner with clients to develop impactful case studies leveraging Tempus platform
Track progress against defined strategic objectives and revenue goals
Travel approximately 40% of working time, domestically and internationally
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, and/or Consulting in the Life Sciences sector
Preferably 5+ years working with companies servicing Life Sciences in Research & Development and/or Real World Data
Proven track record of establishing credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
Experience negotiating and closing large and complex multi-year deals
Strong understanding of molecular and real-world data and artificial intelligence in drug discovery
Bachelor degree in a Science or Business discipline; Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification) desired
