Senior Account Manager

Role Overview

• Manage content calendars, production workflows, and approvals
• Ensure content and social work is of highest standard possible
• Use social insights tools to derive data to turn into insights and action
• Working alongside our content strategy/planning team to develop content ideas and plans
• Work with the design team to ensure synergy between written and creative elements of content
• Join client calls from an editorial and social perspective
• Conduct robust research and content audits
• Lead content and editorial brainstorms where needed
• Pro-active approach to professional up-skilling

Requirements

• Proven experience in a social/content led agency environment
• Strong understanding of platform behaviours, formats, and best practices
• Ability to brief, challenge, and elevate creative work
• Confident client leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience managing budgets, scopes, and commercial conversations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with social analytics tools
• Experience with influencer marketing, paid social, or content production (desirable)
• Experience working on integrated campaigns or with global brands (desirable)
