Role Overview
- Provide support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Assist with system configurations, testing, and validation of Payroll and Time & Attendance modules
- Analyze and resolve system issues or enhancement requests
- Assist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and documentation for system processes
- Respond to tickets and user queries with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
- Support training sessions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years in an HR, payroll, or systems support role; Dayforce experience preferred
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and calculations
- Familiarity with Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
- Experience with HRIS system configurations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, mainly Excel
- Ability and eagerness to learn system configurations
