Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR system databases
Provide HR technology support to end-users
Research and assist in recommending changes for new or modified HR technology solutions
Participate in various HR projects supporting ongoing HR initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in another related role
Proficiency in HRM software, such as Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, and PurelyHR
Organizational and project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, both technical and non-technical, and facilitate SMEs and other stakeholders through the lifecycle of projects
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in providing technical support and troubleshooting HRIS system issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential information and materials
Proficiency in database management and security, including running/troubleshooting SQL queries
Proactive in keeping up with technical innovation and trends in HR information systems analysis
Experience in gathering and interpreting data
Broad knowledge of HR programs and needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query etc., in Excel.
