Lead, mentor, and develop regional finance teams to build strong technical capability and high performance
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial reporting with accuracy and strategic insight
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, audit requirements, and local financial regulations
Partner with Global Treasury to manage cash flow, working capital, foreign currency exposure, and financial risk
Provide data‑driven analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate closely with operations, plant leadership, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to achieve business goals

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including 5+ years leading teams in multi‑site or multinational environments
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and advanced financial analysis
Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting platforms, and financial tools
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
