Play a pivotal role in influencing data-driven decision-making within our organization.
Provide analysis and interpretation of complicated data sets and provide actionable insights that support strategic portfolio management.
Identify trends, assess portfolio performance, and recommend improvements to optimize our portfolio's overall effectiveness.
Collaborate closely across the cross-functional Project Portfolio teams.
Ensure that data analytics align with business objectives and drives simplified & effective decision making for IMSC.
Harness analytical tools, methodologies & data visualization skills to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key findings.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent University degree is required, focus degree in science, engineering, IT or business is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years working in analytics or related field.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with dashboard creation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address constraints effectively.
A proven ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations.
Experience working with Planisware or related PPM tool preferred.
Familiarity with data architecture is preferred.
Knowledge / deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems and tools preferred; experience with portfolio/project management and portfolio decision making is preferred.
Demonstrates strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data, assess business impacts, and make sound, data-driven decisions.
Requires up to 15% domestic and/or international travel.
