Analyze workflows in notary offices in close collaboration with our clients
Implement our modern notary software for new clients (remote and on-site)
Identify and highlight improvement potential through the targeted use of the software
Configure and optimize workflows within the software
Support the development of problem solutions and optimization opportunities
Conduct user training (remote and on-site)
Act as the interface between customers and product management to relay requirements and feedback in a targeted manner
Contribute to functional design and the continuous development of the software

Completed vocational training as a court or notary clerk, notary assistant, senior notary clerk, legal specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
At least 3 years' professional experience in a notary office or law firm
Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal issues
Basic technical understanding and interest in digital work processes
Practical experience with notary software and electronic legal communication
Strong communication skills and a convincing, professional demeanour, as well as a structured, independent and customer‑oriented way of working
Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word
Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills desirable
Willingness to travel for business within Germany
