Independently and successfully manage projects/clients of medium to large size and complexity
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership of a multi-person team
Develop and review design strategies and brand design systems
Understand the client's strategic direction and how it is likely to develop in the near term
Provide strategic and conceptual client consulting, including active participation in client meetings
Designing and leading workshops desirable
Quality management of the team's creative output

Experience independently executing and leading complex branding projects involving multiple design disciplines
Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of a multi-person team
Confident handling of strategic approaches to brand architectures and complex corporate structures
Strong design sensibility, creative talent and pronounced conceptual strength, with the ability to present a wide range of ideas and styles
High standards for the quality of one’s own work
Conscientious, self-reliant and structured working style
Curiosity, enjoyment of communication and teamwork (preferably you have already professionally led 1–2 people)
Proficient use of the relevant software/programs
Fluent German and English
