About this role
Role Overview
You will actively shape how our community is informed, engaged, and retained over the long term.
Your work will help ensure content remains relevant, communication stays personal, and our formats continuously improve.
You will support the development of our communication and CRM strategies with the goal of systematically strengthening relationships with participants, prospects, and partners.
You will create and send newsletters and participant communications related to our events, ensuring information is clear, relevant, and delivered at the right time.
You will refine our email communications (e.g., for the Ambassador Circle) — improving structure, tone, and quality.
You will manage our social media channels (LinkedIn & Instagram) and strengthen community ties through authentic content.
You will produce content assets (e.g., graphics in Canva) that make our messages visually clear and recognisable.
You will maintain and update website content as well as our event app so information remains current, consistent, and easy to find.
You will support the creation of new content formats (e.g., blog, knowledge formats) to share expertise with the community.
You will help build and maintain contacts, content, and communication lists in the CRM so communication stays scalable and personalised.
You will test new communication channels and formats to continuously grow reach, visibility, and relevance.
You will assist in collaboration with media and event partners and help expand visibility and our network.
