Implement, configure, and support ORC solutions end to end;
Communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle Fusion HCM engagements;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand recruiting requirements and map them to ORC functionality and best practices;
Configure ORC modules, including requisitions, job application flows, candidate lifecycle, and offer management;
Configure candidate experience components such as career sites, screening questions, and hiring flows;
Set up workflows, approvals, notifications, alerts, and offer approval processes;
Configure Journeys and Journey Templates for onboarding and pre‑boarding;
Work on ORC Booster features, recruiting campaigns, and talent pools;
Support ORC integrations using HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and third‑party recruiting vendors;
Prepare configuration workbooks, functional design documents, and test scenarios;
Support SIT, UAT, and go‑live activities in a global onsite‑offshore delivery model;
Work with peers to continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with minimum 4 years of hands‑on ORC experience;
Strong experience delivering ORC implementations for North America or global clients;
Proven expertise in:
ORC functional configurations;
Recruiting lifecycle and HCM data models;
Journeys, workflows, and approvals;
ORC Booster, campaigns, and talent pools;
Integrations using HDL and APIs.
Experience analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, testing, and troubleshooting;
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders;
Experience working independently with ownership in a global delivery environment.

Extra edge

Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, especially recruiting use cases;
Experience with Fast Formulas and HDL for ORC data conversions;
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Reports;
Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Learning, Benefits, or OTL.
