About this role
Role Overview
- Work closely with the Group Product Manager to manage, monitor, and enhance Enterprise Payments products and services
- Reviews and modifies existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs
- Oversees tasks associated with new product development and works with business units to introduce and sell the product on an ongoing basis
- Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and/or other communications
- Evaluates products and recommends changes in the product or marketing strategy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, RTP, and payments solutions
- 3+ years experience with data analysis
- 3+ years experience with product life cycle
- 3+ years experience working with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams
- ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners
