About this role
Role Overview
You develop new brands — from concept through to launch.
You create product, market and competitor analyses, evaluate them and derive actionable measures.
You develop brand strategies, business cases and project plans.
You support price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retailers.
You drive brand building internally — from product development to marketing.
You work closely with our creators and are responsible for regular coordination.
You accompany market entry and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Business Development, Brand Development or Innovation Management
Strategic thinker
Structured working style and willingness to take responsibility
Strong sense for brands, trends and target audiences
Experience building new products or brands
Solution-oriented and hands-on approach
Excellent German and English skills
Confident user of MS Office
