Ensure high integrity in our numbers by having accurate figures in the factory report and a high-quality budget based on well-documented assumptions
Ensure that there is remarkable accuracy and stability in our forecast, where all changes and deviations are explained by the underlying business drivers
A value-adding Business Partner to the COO Area, and ensure a fact-based, root cause-driven performance reporting
Perform adhoc reports based on business needs
Execute the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines, and make sure controls and applicable compliance requirements are in place
Ensure timely update/s of Process Documentation (SOP)
Perform Controls and Compliance activities
Identify, suggest, and implement improvements on current tasks, and participate in Global optimization projects
Diligently engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.
Propose adjustments as necessary
Requirements
A graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting, or any Finance or Business-related courses
Certifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) are beneficial
5-7 years of experience in a general accounting background, especially in the controlling and reporting function role, or from a relevant role
Exposure to BPO / Shared service environment
Experience in working with multi-cultural stakeholders
