Role Overview
- Ensure Vestas' standards for Electrical Safety and Control of Hazardous Energy are implemented and maintained during construction
- Prepare, review, and approve LOTO documentation and related documents, including RAMS and method statements
- Act as Control Person for HV switching and ensure correct application of HV Safety Rules up to energization
- Conduct audits, verify isolations, and approve safety processes prior to system energization
- Advise project management on required training, tools, PPE, and safe work boundaries on site
Requirements
- Educational background in the electrical field
- Minimum two years' direct experience working with turbines
- Comprehensive knowledge of EN 50110 (Part 1) — Operations of Electrical Installations: General Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English and fluent in spoken and written German
