Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner or People Generalist in high-performance environments (e.g., startups or scale-ups)
Experience in Talent Acquisition
Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle
Strong practical experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and change processes
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
Ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse stakeholders (including C-level and senior leadership)
Comfortable using tools (e.g., HiBob, TeamTailor, G Suite)
Strong analytical mindset including an affinity for AI and technical solutions
Fluent German (C2/native level) and English (at least C1) spoken and written
