About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the SAP SuccessFactors team
- Provide consulting and support to new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including adapting and further developing existing business processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Contribute to and take ownership of sub-projects and full projects in client engagements
- Develop innovative solution proposals and implement them as part of comprehensive consulting services
- Capture client requirements and provide expert advice and training
- Prepare functional and technical concepts
- Plan and execute workshops, testing phases, and presentations
- Support the development of sales activities
Requirements
- Experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- At least two certifications in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Interest in learning something new every day
- Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
