You take overall responsibility for the MarTech & AdTech Solutions business unit.
You lead a department of 45 MarTech & AdTech experts, data scientists, data analysts, and dashboard solutions experts, organized into 5 teams.
You advise client companies on the IT tools provided by your unit and expand your business area.
You further drive the digital transformation of advertising.
You participate in summits and represent your company.
You break down entrenched silos and act as an interface between teams and departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience leading teams of 10 or more people.
Extensive experience in achieving sales targets, generating new clients, contributing to pricing strategies, and planning budget and personnel costs (P&L responsibility).
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the AdTech/MarTech field.
Deep expertise in the following areas: AdTech, MarTech, media, DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization), market research, and data-driven marketing — not only theoretically but also with respect to the underlying IT.
Hands-on experience in data and programmatic areas, e.g., campaign optimization.
Technical know-how: You can communicate with your data scientists, data analysts, and dashboard solutions experts on an equal footing.
You speak fluent German and good English.
You enjoy coming into the Hamburg office at least three days per week.
Ideally you have a degree in a technical field or professional experience as a technical product manager or IT product owner.
