You take over the technical operations management for our clients' personnel deployment software both on-premises and on our own cloud platform, ensuring stable, secure and high-performance operation
Based on Microsoft technologies, you handle complex 2nd/3rd level support cases
You continuously contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects and act as a competent point of contact for our clients
You perform installations, patches and updates of software applications
You support sales in presales, analyze customer requirements and contribute to technical evaluations and proposals
You provide technical guidance within the team, support colleagues with technical questions and jointly drive best practices and technical development forward
Requirements
Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems technician, IT service technician or a higher qualification
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting, IT administration and project management
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux servers combined with strong database affinity (e.g. Oracle, MSSQL)
Good experience with network and firewall technology as well as ticketing systems following the ITIL process model
Experience working with complex, modern systems is an advantage
Confident use of monitoring solutions for monitoring and analyzing IT systems as well as basic scripting skills for automation and reporting
A confident, well-rounded personality with clear communication skills, team orientation, high quality awareness and a professional manner with clients
Very good German skills and good English skills
