Corporate Controlling: You develop and manage our group-wide planning guidelines and lay the foundation for smooth operations and targeted analyses by defining high-quality reporting packages.
Stakeholder Reporting: You support the monthly preparation of our Group Reporting and ensure transparency and quality.
Balance Sheet and Cashflow Management: You prepare plans and forecasts for the balance sheet, cashflow and working capital — central to our financial stability and growth strategy.
M&A Controlling: You support acquisitions, perform data analyses, handle smooth data uploads and conduct content reviews of target companies in an international environment.
Internal Reporting & Business Partnering: You produce performance-oriented analyses for our core markets, sales channels and brands, act as a data-driven sparring partner for management and brand teams, and support month-end close, budgeting and forecasting as a central business partner.
TM1 Development & Process Automation: You contribute to the further development of our Planning Analytics system (IBM PA / TM1) and ensure our processes are scalable, efficient and secure.
Requirements
Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and/or controlling, or an equivalent qualification
5+ years’ experience in Corporate Controlling, Group Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis, with knowledge of consolidation, group reporting and planning
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and financial interdependencies
Digital native with experience in OLAP databases (ideally IBM TM1/Planning Analytics) or the willingness to dive deep into this area
Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration in an international, matrixed organization
High quality standards, proactivity and a passion for improving things
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, solution-oriented hands-on mentality, communication skills and team spirit
