Role Overview
- Matched to one of several AI initiatives based on clinical experience, specialty, and interests
- Work closely with AI research teams to review, label, evaluate, and refine medical AI systems
- Label and summarize patient notes to train and validate model understanding
- Review AI-generated consultations, summaries, or recommendations — assessing clinical accuracy, safety, and reasoning
- Create and refine clinical prompts to improve model reliability and communication clarity
- Identify and document patterns in model outputs to support fine-tuning and continual improvement
Requirements
- Licensed MD or DO in Canada with active registration
- Strong understanding of clinical terminology, workflows, and documentation in primary care
- Excellent summarization, analytical, and written communication skills
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Reliable attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
