iSphere is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to play a critical role in a system rewrite project. The successful candidate will lead requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams during the transition to a new platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements sessions, document how the current system works, and define what the new system needs to do
- Identify gaps between the current and future state systems and call out what’s missing
- Help guide decisions on how to close those gaps
- Work closely with the technical lead to track progress and validate what’s being built
- Ensure that the new system aligns with business requirements
- Support testing and validate system functionality
- Ensure legacy and new data can coexist to support reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in technical environments
- Strong experience leading requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience performing gap analysis between current and future state systems
- Experience supporting testing and validating system functionality
- Ability to run stakeholder meetings and keep conversations productive
- Experience working across business and technical teams
- Prior government project experience is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Forms
- Experience with Jotform or similar workflow platforms
- Experience working with Excel-based data systems and reporting
- Data analysis experience using Excel or Tableau
- Familiarity with BABOK principles and SDLC
