Build and maintain an AI-informed testing framework for audience segmentation, creative performance, and conversion optimization.
Manage external agencies and freelancers supporting digital execution, paid programs, and analytics.
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to continually push Nagomi’s growth strategy forward.
Own campaign analytics and reporting in HubSpot, GA4, and other core systems to track performance and pipeline impact.
Partner with marketing operations resources to implement AI-powered dashboards, attribution models, and predictive insights.
Run regular A/B and multivariate tests to improve funnel performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Provide data-backed recommendations that shape campaign strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix.
Work closely with product marketing, brand, and GTM teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Align growth efforts to company goals around awareness, pipeline contribution, and efficiency.
Move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable outcomes that demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenue.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition, marketing automation, and performance optimization.
Proven experience using AI tools and data modeling to enhance targeting, personalization, and reporting.
Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and modern campaign management platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into fast action.
Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through experimentation and performance-driven strategy.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
