Role Overview
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and actively acquire new clients
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations and ongoing sales processes
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts
- Maintain customer records and sales overviews
- Work closely with logistics, purchasing and operations teams
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Confident and professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Very good German required; English is a plus
