Senior Analyst, Pharmacy Finance

Role Overview

• Support Clearway Health Client Services by building and refining financial processes
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct detailed analysis of client financials, including revenue recognition and margin analysis
• Develop financial models to support budgeting processes
• Provide actionable analytics and insights to optimize client performance

Requirements

• 6+ years of financial/accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years specific to pharmacy finance
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• MBA highly desired
• 340B Advanced Certificate (or similar) is highly desired
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and experience with ERP systems
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
